Residential Manager/DSP 6 AM - 6 PM shift Full Time – Lenoir City, TN, US Salary: $16.93 Annually Residential Manager (Direct Support Professional) Direct Support Professional to work in a residential home in Loudon County supporting 2-3 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Schedule This position follows a two-week rotating day shift schedule from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Week A: Monday, Tuesday, Friday About the Role The Residential Manager provides hands-on support throughout the day, including personal care, daily routines, meals, activities, and community involvement as appropriate. This is an active position that requires consistent engagement and physical assistance. Additionally, the Residential Manager is responsible for managing household responsibilities such as grocery shopping, overseeing documentation, and scheduling. This is not a supervisory position, but a DSP position with more responsibility. Important Expectations Individuals require full assistance with toileting and hygiene Some individuals wear briefs or adult diapers and require changing Assistance with wiping after toileting is required Some individuals have limited mobility and need help with transfers The role involves physical activity, including lifting, tugging, and pulling This position is not a good fit for someone with back issues or lifting restrictions Additional Requirements Ability to remain attentive and engaged throughout the shift Pre-employment drug screening is required CBD products can cause a failed drug test even if legally purchased Work Environment This is a small residential home setting focused on safety, dignity, and consistent support.
