The role is based in Miami and supports the firm's infrastructure funds, including the InfraRed Energy Transition Fund, HICL and the capital gains (value-add) strategy. This is not an entry-level graduate position.**Key responsibilities**- Support origination and execution (financial modelling and analysis, structuring, documentation) of infrastructure and energy investments, primarily in the Americas- Assist in managing due diligence and structuring work-streams, including technical, legal and financial advisors and ESG, tax and insurance work- Prepare presentations of investment opportunities for the investment committee- Provide research support on competitor analysis and market reviews- Review the investment portfolio for savings and value enhancements such as refinancing- Support quarterly and semi-annual asset valuations and update fund forecast models, including equity return modelling- Collaborate with portfolio management, capital formation and asset management teams, including rotational placements**Qualifications**- At least 1.5-3 years of infrastructure or energy experience at an investment bank, project finance advisor, developer, industrial sponsor, infrastructure fund or lender, outside of internships- Degree-level education with a strong academic record- Strong financial modelling skills; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools- Ability to manage several initiatives at once and grasp the commercial drivers of assets and transactions**Compensation and location:** Miami, Florida. Base salary of $120,000-$130,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus and benefits package.
