Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified CT Technician to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography technology. The ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to deliver high-quality patient care within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT scans accurately following physician orders and protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot CT imaging equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Document procedures and maintain detailed patient records in the electronic health record system.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid State Licensure or Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R, ARRT-CT preferred).
• Demonstrate a minimum of one year of recent CT imaging experience.
• Be proficient in operating EPIC or similar electronic health record systems.
• Hold current BLS certification; additional certifications a plus.
• Maintain compliance with VA or other state licensing requirements.
• Be able to complete fingerprinting and background checks as per facility policy.
