Company Perks/Benefits: Starting pay: $30/hour Full range scale(increases to starting rate based on length of employment at Dungarvin): $30-33.45/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance Supplemental Insurance Flex Spending and HSA Accounts Pet Insurance Life Insurance 401K plan with 3% employer match at one year of services Paid Time Off (PTO) Growth and Development Opportunities Employee Referral Program Employee Assistance Program National Brand Discounts Tapcheck- early pay access PAID training and orientation Job Description The Habilitative Program Administrator (HPA) will serve as a member of the Washington State Clinical Team, creating and overseeing habilitative plans for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in the Supported Living Program in Vancouver Use information and data collectedthrough direct observation and meetings with individuals supported to develop Functional Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) Develop Individual Support Plan Programs for individuals oncaseload Train team members on plans and program implementation Partner with program directorsto implement support plan programs Using electronic data collection system (Therap), review dataand compile reports for other members of support team on behavior and habilitative goal progress Assist in the creation and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets for relevant due dates and person-centered planning meetings Keepup to date on all relevant state policy changes Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders outside the organization, i.e. guardians and DDCS partners Qualifications What Makes You a Great Fit: Must have a master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education, social work, or other related discipline.
