The technician is primarily responsible for quick response to deskside support tickets, addressing administration's needs. The technician will collaborate with fellow district IT staff members, Custom team members and third-party vendors.What You'll Do:Actively address tickets in the system, update, and close ticketsSupport the staff and educational needs of a school building(s)Prioritize daily activities including tickets and administrative requestsSupport Windows workstations and ChromebooksTroubleshoot laptops and desktops, optimize, reimage, or update ticket for repairInstall and troubleshoot peripherals like printers, scanners and interactive boards in an enterprise environmentPerform other job-related duties as assignedWhat You Bring:K-12 experience desiredA+ certification, industry recognized support certification1-2 years' experience in hardware and software supportExcellent customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills including currently supported Windows OS, networking, wired and Wi-Fi installation and troubleshootingChromebooks and PC imagingKnowledge of Windows & Chromebook troubleshooting and repairGoogle WorkspaceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, print queues, file sharesCome experience our unique culture and see how our "right people, right results" philosophy has led to our outstanding success!
