- Technical Project/Program Management - Technical Program Manager IApply**Job#: 3043936****Job Description:**Technical Project/Program Management - Technical Program Manager I**Location:** Redmond, Washington (Onsite)COMPENSATION: $54 - $64 HOURLYRole OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive program execution for our uLED backplane silicon programs, from development through high-volume manufacturing. This role involves managing stakeholders and dependencies, working with internal cross-functional partners and external foundry and silicon vendors. The position requires strong execution, communication, and the ability to translate ambiguity into clear, tracked actions.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate internal cross-functional teams, including uLED, test, packaging, and sourcing, through recurring meetings and program reviews to ensure alignment.* Track decisions, identify dependencies and risks, and resolve gaps to prevent escalation.* Manage relationships and program reviews with external foundry and silicon vendor partners.* Drive vendors to execute against specified requirements and maintain integrated program schedules.* Maintain authoritative trackers for program status across internal and external workstreams.* Produce milestone readouts and decision items for leadership and stakeholders.* Maintain a risk register covering technical execution, vendor delivery, and schedule risks, and drive mitigation plans.Required Qualifications**Education:** B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.**Experience:** 1-3 years of experience as a technical program manager or equivalent project management experience in a hardware or silicon development environment. Experience working with external vendors, contract manufacturers, or foundries is required, along with exposure to hardware development phases.**Skills:** This role requires the ability to coordinate execution across multiple engineering teams and translate commitments into actionable schedules. Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments are necessary.Preferred Qualifications* Experience supporting semiconductor programs across foundry, OSAT, or silicon vendor interfaces.* Familiarity with display silicon, uLED, or related electro-optical technologies.* Experience managing programs with multiple external vendors and working across timezones with international partners.* Working knowledge of program tracking tools such as Smartsheet or Jira for cross-functional hardware programs.* Experience translating engineering status and risk into briefings for sourcing and engineering leadership.* Experience supporting consumer device programs from prototype validation through mass production. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
