Stampede Culinary Partners is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our Finance & Accounting team. You'll analyze forecast-to-actual performance and prepare monthly financial reporting packages, management presentations, KPI reporting, and clear explanations of financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities. You'll also analyze revenue, gross margins, operating costs, customer and product profitability, labor efficiency, yield, waste, inventory, freight, and manufacturing costs. Working across Finance and Operations, you'll support pricing decisions, cost-saving initiatives, capital investments, capacity planning, and other operational projects. You'll also help improve and automate recurring reporting, forecasting, and analytics processes. WHAT'S REQUIRED?Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field3-6+ years of experience in financial analysis and manufacturing, operations, or supply chain financeStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsAdvanced Excel proficiencyExperience with ERP systems and data toolsAbility to communicate financial insights clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across multiple departmentsPower BI experience and Aspen Canopy familiarity are a plus! ABOUT USStampede Culinary Partners is an innovative protein solutions company founded in 1995 and built on a simple principle: customer satisfaction.
