That Impact You'll Make:

As our Banquet Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind turning inquiries into extraordinary events. You'll connect with clients to understand their vision, craft tailored proposals, and work closely with our operations team to ensure flawless execution. Your ability to blend sales expertise with genuine hospitality will directly shape our reputation and revenue growth. 

 

What You'll Do:

• Proactively generate new banquet business through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Respond to event inquiries with customized proposals that reflect client needs and budget.
• Conduct site tours, showcasing our spaces and amenities to inspire bookings. 
• Negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to design menus, layouts, and timelines. 
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and client communications in our CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. 
• Represent the venue at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• 21 years or older
