Accountabilities:

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in client relationships, account management, client success, business development, marketing, communications, leadership, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong communication, active listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging in purposeful conversations and asking thoughtful questions to understand people's needs and objectives.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, reliability, and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and manage a flexible schedule effectively.
• Comfortable using digital communication, productivity, and relationship-management tools.
• Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented approach to managing professional activities.
• Openness to learning structured processes and applying established systems consistently.
