Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a part‑time BCBA to provide high-quality clinical oversight, treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver support. This role is designed for a clinician who can maintain a dependable part‑time schedule while meeting documentation, supervision, and client‑care commitments. What You Will Do Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates for an assigned part‑time caseload. Review data and adjust treatment based on progress and clinical need. Supervise and coach RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB and organizational requirements. Collaborate with caregivers, schools, providers, and internal teams as appropriate. Maintain timely and accurate clinical, payer, and authorization documentation. Communicate availability and coverage needs clearly. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing.

MD LBA.

Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Experience with treatment planning and direct‑care staff supervision. Ability to maintain the recurring availability and service model listed in the posting. Strong organization, clinical judgment, and professional communication.
