Applying the ADDIE instructional design model, the contract Learning Designer will analyze content, design learning solutions, and create e-learning courses and virtual instructor-led courses while working remotely for a duration of 6 months. Key responsibilities Applies the ADDIE instructional design model to develop effective learning solutions Creates e-learning and virtual instructor-led courses from source content and storyboards Utilizes collaboration tools to communicate with teammates and adheres to established timelines Required qualifications 5 years of instructional design or related training/learning experience Proficiency with standard instructional design tools, including Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Familiarity with Camtasia for video editing and production
