Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $21 - $21 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Sous Chef:

• Prepare and serve high-quality food on time

• Plan menus based on budget and seasonal ingredients

• Manage kitchen operations and staff

• Train team members on cooking techniques and menu items

• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

• Keep the kitchen clean and follow safety rules

• Create new recipes to refresh the menu

• Stay updated on food trends

• Use customer feedback to improve food and service

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 2nd Shift (Evening) And Weekends

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Experience as a chef

• Strong cooking and food safety knowledge

• Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness

• Good multitasking and leadership skills

• Experience with inventory and supply orders

• Reliable and calm under pressure
