This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Onboarding de Clientes Pleno based in Brazil.

As a Mid-Level Customer Onboarding Analyst, you will guide new clients through the critical first stage of their journey, from kickoff and configuration to initial adoption. You will translate customer needs into effective system setups and practical training experiences tailored to different levels of digital maturity. The role combines project coordination, customer education, product configuration, and proactive problem-solving. You will manage multiple onboarding projects while monitoring Time to Value (TTV), implementation timelines, and early adoption indicators. Close collaboration with Customer Success, Support, and Technology teams will be essential to remove obstacles and accelerate customer value. This is a fully remote opportunity for a consultative, organized, and results-oriented professional working with B2B digital solutions in the automotive ecosystem.

Accountabilities

• Lead the customer welcome and kickoff process immediately after the sale, aligning expectations, responsibilities, milestones, and implementation timelines.

• Configure the digital system according to each customer's profile, business context, and specific requirements.

• Plan and deliver training sessions for key users, adapting content and teaching approaches to different levels of digital maturity.

• Closely monitor customers during their first system usage, proactively identifying blockers, questions, and adoption challenges.

• Track and report key onboarding indicators, including Time to Value (TTV), implementation duration, and initial product adoption.

• Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Technology teams to resolve technical or operational obstacles that could delay customer value generation.

• Maintain detailed onboarding documentation and customer records to provide the Customer Success team with a complete history for the next stage of the customer journey.

• Identify opportunities to improve training materials, onboarding checklists, activation processes, and the overall customer onboarding experience.

• Manage multiple customers and onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and agreed timelines.

• Use project management, CRM, training, and spreadsheet tools to track implementation progress, customer interactions, and performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

• 1–2 years of previous experience in customer onboarding, software implementation, Customer Success, or technical customer support.

• Strong communication and instructional skills, with the ability to train users with different levels of technical and digital maturity.

• Proven ability to manage multiple customers or onboarding projects simultaneously, maintaining organization, priorities, and deadlines.

• Consultative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer Time to Value and adoption rather than simply completing implementation tasks.

• Strong written communication skills for creating training materials, checklists, status reports, and customer documentation.

• Experience with Customer Success or onboarding management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Pipefy, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with online training and webinar platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom, as well as screen-recording tools such as Loom.

• Experience with CRM or customer management platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for monitoring TTV, implementation status, and customer portfolios.

• Experience in the automotive sector, particularly with dealerships or manufacturers, is a plus.

• Knowledge of automotive DMS platforms such as Linx, Dealernet, or NBS, especially integrations, is a relevant advantage.

• Familiarity with Customer Success methodologies and onboarding frameworks, including activation playbooks, health scores, and customer journeys, is desirable.

• Experience creating training content such as videos, tutorials, and knowledge bases is a plus.
