Client Survey and Compliance Specialist

Support strategy and execution of firmwide client survey responses, team processes and other initiatives Collaborate with and be an integral part of the firm’s client management team Manage the end-to-end process of responding to client surveys and questionnaires, including participating in strategy sessions, and coordinating timely, accurate responses to due diligence questionnaires, third-party risk assessments, vendor surveys, vendor onboarding requests, and other compliance related inquiries Serve as a central point of coordination across internal stakeholders to collect, review, and validate information needed to complete client-driven requests Analyze client requests to identify trends, recurring questions, and opportunities to improve response efficiency and consistency Build strong and cooperative relationships with other departments that contribute to client surveys, such as accounting, the Office of General Counsel, IT, Human Resources, and others Ensure responses comply with the client survey requirements and Greenberg Traurig standards Monitor evolving client requirements and industry trends related to outside counsel guidelines and supplier compliance Assist with special projects and firmwide initiatives related to client relationships, client operations, and business development Requirements Bachelor's degree required Minimum of five years of marketing and business development experience at a law firm or other professional services firm, with proven experience responding to client surveys and proposals Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Applies practical, hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to support a range of professional and managerial tasks, including drafting, summarizing, brainstorming, and organizing content; consistently applies sound judgment when reviewing AI-generated work product and maintains full accountabilities for all final outputs Ability to craft well-structured prompts that clearly define objectives, supply relevant context, and guide AI tools toward producing useful, accurate, and appropriate results; consistently refines and iterates on prompts to enhance output quality, increase productivity, and drive greater efficiency Models responsible AI use for team members, reinforcing expectations related to confidentiality, data privacy, and appropriate human oversight Demonstrates working knowledge of governance considerations, including ethical use and risk awareness, and adapts to emerging AI and related technologies Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing client survey processes and compliance-related inquiries while leveraging advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and generative AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
