Business Analyst

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between Business, Operations, and Technology teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys gathering requirements, improving processes, coordinating stakeholders, and helping translate business needs into effective technology solutions. What You’ll Do Gather and analyze requirements from Business and Operations teams Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional requirements Map current and future-state processes and create process flows Identify and coordinate stakeholders across Business, Operations and Technology Lead project kickoff meetings and establish target timelines Provide project updates and communicate risks, issues and decisions Develop functional and non-functional requirements and process documentation Define measurable success factors and KPIs Maintain RAID logs covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies Partner with Technology teams to support successful implementation Experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or similar Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience Experience creating BRDs and process flows Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for Technology teams Experience with project documentation, process improvement, and change initiatives Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Someone who can take a business problem, understand what needs to change and why , clearly document the requirements, bring the right stakeholders together, and help drive the change through implementation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
