About the Role:
Patriot Showers is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growing team in Greenville, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-moving company where your leadership and sales expertise will directly fuel our success. Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, train and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed net conversion targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to keep sales department performing consistently and predictably
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions with ride alongs
Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance teams to align sales efforts with company goals
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
Requirements:
Proven experience in home improvement sales or sales leadership - replacement windows, baths, or home improvement
Strong track record of training, coaching and leading sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in home improvement- windows, baths or other in home selling environment
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
