Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our Concession Supervisors are the heart of our operations and work each day to create an exceptional event day experience for our guests. This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, managing a large team, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer!

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee Position Type: Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $25.00. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleans and maintains all equipment and smallware items within the concession stand and concourse
• Stores product in designated areas, maintains PPE, and provides each stand with the necessary tools to adhere to food and safety guidelines
• Manages a section of concession stands and staff
• Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including but not limited to temperature logs, inventory stand sheets, and waste logs
• Adheres to food, safety, and safe-drinking guidelines and ensures they are being followed by staff
• Assists with the operations by operating a POS or preparing food and beverage items
• Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand
• Performs inventory counts before, during, and after an event
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service

Qualifications:

• This position has physical demands and requires frequent lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying of up to 25 lbs. Applicant must be able to stand for several hours and work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures.
• 21 years of age or older (required)
• Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict
• Able to read and write, and complete basic math functions
• ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification (Required) applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
• TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol certification (Required) applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
