Event Day HR Staffing Admin- Empower Field

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our Event Day Staffing Assistant ensures our locations are fully staffed so our fans have the best experience! This is the position for you if you enjoy operating high-volume events, working in food and beverage, and staffing great personnel for some of the best events Denver has to offer!

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Candidates must be available for ALL Denver Broncos home games.

Compensation Data

The hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from $23 to $25. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Position Type

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.

Job Responsibilities

• This role is EVENT based!
• Performs event day operations including set up, employee check in, post check in reconciliations, incident reporting/coaching, and oversees employee checkout
• Assists with the setup and operations of hiring fairs. 
• Assists with the setup and operations of onboarding and orientation. 
• Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary.
• Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older 
• Prior administrative experience preferred
• Must be proficient in excel and/or google sheets 
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail 
• Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
• MUST have availability for ALL Broncos home games
