You may be coming from private practice, government or an in-house environment.Above all, you bring good judgment and genuine pragmatism you know when “good enough” is the right commercial call, rather than chasing a perfect risk position. You’re flexible and adaptable, comfortable being pulled across a genuinely varied caseload, and just as interested in understanding the business as you are in the contracts themselves. You build rapport easily with people from all backgrounds and disciplines, and you’re not afraid to put your hand up and ask questions when you’re out of your depth.
