Responsibilities Senior Management level professional will provide strategic leadership, organizational stability, and management oversight during a period of transformation. Responsible for ensuring Continuity of operations, supporting the executive leadership team, and advancing organizational priorities or a defined project initiative is successfully executed. Provide senior management presence and authoritative decision-making to maintain organizational momentum. Apply subject matter expertise to guide strategy, operations, and people leadership. Strengthen teams, ensure accountability and drive high-performance outcomes. Reinforce stakeholder confidence through consistent leadership, clear communication, and stability.
