We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects in the Charlotte, NC area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review contracts, specifications, drawings, and project documentation.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Process change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project closeout documentation.
• Support field teams and provide solutions to project challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Experience with project scheduling and budgeting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience with large-scale commercial, healthcare, data center, manufacturing, or institutional projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $1M+.
