What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair heating and cooling systems (Rheem & Fujitsu Minisplit experience a plus).

• Deliver friendly, professional service that builds trust with every customer.

• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure systems are running at peak performance.

• Work independently and as part of a team—because we win together.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years HVAC service experience (or strong mechanical background and willingness to learn).

• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-first mindset.

• Someone who takes pride in their craft and isn’t afraid to go the extra mile.
