Travel Cath Lab Technologist Assignment - Day Shift | Ithaca, NY

A travel Cath Lab Technologist is needed for a full-time contract assignment in Ithaca, New York. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Radiologic Technologist with strong interventional cardiac and vascular procedure experience who is comfortable in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Assignment Details

• Location: Ithaca, NY
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: Can start as soon as possible
• Schedule: 5x8s
• Shift: Days
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Call Requirement: STEMI call required ( rack up some extra money this winter!)
• Shift and call details: To be discussed during contract negotiations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• ARRT certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Experience scrubbing and circulating :
  • Interventional cardiac catheterizations
  • Invasive vascular procedures
• Strong knowledge of supplies and devices used in:
  • Coronary and peripheral angiography
  • Angioplasty
  • Thrombectomy
  • Stenting
  • Additional interventional procedures
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a procedural environment
• Travel experience preferred, but first-time travelers are welcome
