CNCMill Operator,2ndShift: Rockford, IL We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with machining experience who thrive in a hands-on environment and take pride in producing high-quality precision components. KeyResponsibilities: - Set up and operate CNCMilland general machining equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and job routings

• Load, unload, and manage machine programs

• Inspect finished parts and complete in-process quality checks

• Identify and communicate production concerns or process improvement opportunities

• Troubleshoot machine and production issues as needed

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Support team production goals and assist fellow operators when needed

Skills & Experience: - Education: HS Diploma required

• Experience: 5+ years of CNCmillingexperience required ; experience working on CNCDoosan machinespreferred
• Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints**required ;**Experience with Fanuc controls required
• Software: Strong understanding of G&M code required
