SALES REPRESENTATIVE
R Squared Solutions is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to support Sales & Business Development efforts in the retail industry. In this role, you will promote products, build strong relationships with store personnel, and optimize in-store displays to increase brand visibility and sales. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic marketing initiatives and gather market insights. Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers on the sales floor to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Promote featured products and brands to increase awareness, drive trial, and grow in-store sales.
- Execute in-store marketing initiatives and merchandising standards as directed by R Squared Solutions and retail partners.
- Ensure product displays, signage, and inventory levels are maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with store management and staff to identify sales opportunities and secure optimal product placement.
- Use sales data and basic reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and share insights with the Sales & Business Development team.
- Participate in developing and executing strategic promotional campaigns across multiple retail channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, manufacturers' representatives, and internal account managers.
- Provide feedback from customers and retail partners to help refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Continuously expand product knowledge and stay informed about promotional programs, competitive activity, and category trends.
