Key Responsibilities
- Bar Operations: Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks efficiently.
- Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain stock levels, organize inventory, and assist in ordering supplies.
- Cleanliness: Ensure the bar area is clean and organized, following health and safety regulations.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and bar setting.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
