Salary up to $175K, plus lucrative bonus Hybrid flexibility with some travel to local clients Key Responsibilities Lead fractional accounting and advisory engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery across outsourced accounting, controller, and CFO‑level services. Manage and mentor a growing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional excellence. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients—providing financial insights, process improvements, and strategic operational guidance. Drive practice growth through relationship‑building, networking, and targeted business development efforts. Develop scalable processes, enhance service offerings, and support continuous improvement across the practice. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA strongly preferred. 8+ years of progressive accounting, advisory, or outsourced services experience. Demonstrated success in team leadership, client service, and business development. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and accounting operations. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
