Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure holistic patient care. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current, valid state PT licensure or certification. Preferred: Current CPR certification. Experience: 0-1 years. Skills & Standards: Strong assessment abilities, treatment planning skills, patient education, documentation accuracy, and teamwork orientation.
