State Licensed Player Development Executive

Driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experiences, the full-time State Licensed Player Development Executive will cultivate relationships with VIP players and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional services in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier players to build loyalty and enhance services Drive key VIP sales metrics to boost customer engagement and net revenue Compile and analyze data to identify trends and provide solution-based enhancements to the customer experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing Passion for improving the player experience and promoting team positivity Proven success in implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency Knowledge of revenue enhancement and expense control Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
