Business Analyst This role is central to a large-scale, public-cloud-focused program that modernizes applications across daily operations, financial platforms, and core business applications. The position requires a professional who can track, report on, and communicate the progress of the entire portfolio of work related to the cloud strategy. The ideal candidate will provide a holistic understanding of cloud initiatives, create reports and presentations on successes and challenges, and function as a blend of a Business Analyst and Project Manager, similar to an Agile Portfolio Manager. Key Responsibilities Drive execution against the cloud modernization roadmap. Increase organizational transparency and adoption of cloud initiatives. Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes for applications moving to AWS. Support the execution of the cloud modernization roadmap through process clarity and dependency management. Partner with IT, engineering, security, finance, and operations to ensure aligned workflows. Create and maintain process artifacts, standards, and playbooks. Develop dashboards to report on progress, successes, and areas for improvement. Translate technical achievements into business outcomes and value for stakeholders. Required Qualifications Experience with basic business intelligence dashboarding. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and public cloud environments, specifically AWS. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A background that combines Business Analysis and Project Management. Experience documenting complex enterprise workflows. Ability to operate effectively between business and technical teams.
