LVN - Private Duty Nurse
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
The role involves providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, administering prescribed treatments, monitoring patient conditions for physiologic and psychosocial changes, and documenting diagnoses and care plans. Qualified candidates must be licensed as an LVN in the practicing state, possess a current TB or Chest X-Ray, BLS certification, and preferably have at least one year of professional nursing experience.
