General Production Worker

Pay: $18.00 - $19.55

Location: Lenexa, KS

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

Job Overview:

We are hiring General Production Workers to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a climate-controlled environment. This is an entry-level, hands-on role with training provided and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support production, packaging, and labeling of products
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Perform basic inspection and documentation
• Lift, move, and organize materials (up to 30 lbs)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work on your feet for the full shift
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic math and computer skills
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (not required)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, KS.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.55/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
