Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager - Los Angeles USA We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our busy restaurant in Los Angeles. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality food and service, managing staff and budgets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations

• Hire train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Manage budgets and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
