Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Director to lead a high-volume shared services function, improve efficiencies through automation, and partner with senior leadership across a complex healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Director:

Lead all Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor management
Develop and mentor AP managers and team members
Monitor KPIs, productivity, and service levels to ensure operational excellence
Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and AP policies
Partner with cross-functional departments to improve workflows and resolve issues

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Director:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
7+ years of Accounts Payable or shared services experience
3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume AP environment
Strong knowledge of AP operations, procure-to-pay processes, and internal controls
Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives
