LARYNGOLOGY PRIVATE PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY – SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (2026)
Beach Cities ENTS is seeking a fellowship-trained laryngologist to assume and expand an established, high-volume laryngology practice beginning in 2026.
This is a rare, turnkey laryngology opportunity with day-one volume , a mature referral network, and a direct handoff from a departing fellowship-trained laryngologist who has built a full, thriving subspecialty practice within our group.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Immediate transition into a full laryngology patient census
- Established regional referral base from ENTs, PCPs, speech pathologists, and professional voice users
- Continuity of care supported by an intentional handoff from the departing laryngologist • Opportunity to own, shape, and expand the laryngology service line long-term
This position is not a general ENT role with “some laryngology.”
It is a subspecialty-focused practice embedded within a highly productive, physician-led private group.
PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT
- Multi-physician ENT group with 20+ years of community presence
- Strong surgical and office volume across adult and pediatric ENT
- Fully equipped modern office including:
o Audiology suite
o In-office sinus procedures with navigation
o Microscopes and full procedural infrastructure
- Administrative, staffing, and referral systems already in place—allowing you to focus on clinical care and growth
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Fellowship-trained in laryngology (or equivalent focused expertise)
- Interested in building a destination laryngology practice
- Values autonomy, clinical excellence, and long-term ownership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in shaping service lines, outreach, and growth STRUCTURE & UPSIDE
- Physician-owned private practice with clear partnership track
- Meaningful voice in scheduling, staffing, marketing, and expansion

Located in the South Bay of Los Angeles , minutes from the ocean, serving Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, El Segundo, San Pedro, Long Beach, and surrounding communities.
