Title
Intensive Care Nurse

Schedule
Must be flexible - Day or Night shifts to be determined per roster period dependent on staffing needs.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (3 12-hour shifts)

Requirements
- 3 years minimum ICU experience
- Current Hawaii nursing license (must apply upon acceptance of offer)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification
- EMR experience with Meditech

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care setting.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Compliance / Notes
- Dress Code: Professional wear - Scrubs
- Must arrive the Thursday before start to attend an employee health appointment on Friday.
