· Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with Missouri DMH requirements and facility policies.
· Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision sessions, contributing to case discussions, treatment planning, and program development initiatives.
· Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in the field of substance abuse and mental health treatment, participating in continuing education and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications:

· Must hold a valid Missouri license or be eligible for licensure as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), or a credential through the Missouri Credentialing Board (CADC/CRADC/CRAADC).
· Provisional license holders (e.g., PLPC, LMSW, provisionally credentialed addiction counselors) may be considered with appropriate supervision.
· Prior experience in substance use disorder treatment, mental health counseling, or residential treatment preferred.
· Experience working with trauma, co-occurring disorders, and evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and MI is highly desirable.
· Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
