Position Title Restaurant General Manager – West Jordan, Utah Position Summary The Restaurant General Manager is the executive leader of the restaurant focused on profitability, guest experience, people, and operations. The RGM has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations and ensuring high standards of service and quality. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a profitable and efficient operation. Provide strong, positive leadership to the team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences. Oversee daily operations, including inventory, scheduling, and training. Report to the Area Director and protect the brand, growing sales while maximizing efficiency and profitability. Qualifications Experienced in restaurant management. Demonstrated leadership and operational excellence. Ability to develop people and deliver exceptional hospitality. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Performance-based bonus up to 10% of base salary. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance for full‑time employees, short‑term disability, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
