We're a fast-moving, high-energy team that believes in hustle, hitting numbers, and having fun while we do it. We're looking for an Inside Sales Manager who doesn't just manage from the sidelines. They're in the trenches, selling alongside the team, setting the pace, and making sure everyone stays sharp, motivated, and on target. The Role We need a player-coach. Someone who leads by example, carrying their own pipeline while coaching, energizing, and holding the team accountable day in and day out. You'll set the tone on the floor, keep momentum high, and make sure no one loses steam mid-quarter. If you love selling, love people, and love winning as a team, this is your seat. What You'll Do Sell. Carry your own book of business and close deals. You lead by doing, not just directing. Set the pace. Keep energy and urgency high on the sales floor every single day. Coach in real time. Review pitches and give on-the-spot feedback that sharpens the team. Keep everyone on task. Track daily/weekly activity and outcomes, and course-correct fast when numbers dip. Motivate relentlessly. Run huddles, celebrate wins, create friendly competition, and keep morale high through slow stretches. Own the numbers. Manage team quotas, pipeline health, and forecasting; report results to leadership. Develop talent. Onboard new reps, run ongoing training, and help reps grow into top performers. Solve problems fast. Remove blockers, whether that's a rep's confidence, a broken process, or a tough account. What We're Looking For 3+ years of inside sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership, team lead, or player-coach capacity A proven track record of personal sales success; you know how to close because you've done it Experience in print, marketing services, or a similar B2B sales environment High energy and a natural ability to rally a room Strong coaching instincts; you can diagnose why a deal stalled and fix it live Comfort with CRM tools, sales metrics, and pipeline management Thick skin, competitive drive, and a genuine love of the grind What Success Looks Like Team consistently hits or exceeds monthly and quarterly quota High team engagement and low turnover; reps want to be on your team You're personally closing deals, not just watching a dashboard The sales floor has energy, urgency, and accountability every day What You Get Competitive base salary + commission/bonus structure tied to team and individual performance Leadership role with real influence over team culture and process A fast-paced, no-fluff environment where results are recognized and rewarded Room to grow as DOPE Marketing scales Ready to Lead From the Front?
