Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Home Improvement Technician for a direct hire opportunity serving homeowners in the Franklin and Brentwood, TN area. This role is ideal for a skilled residential repair, remodeling, carpentry, or handyman professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, strong customer service, and leading others by example. As the Lead Home Improvement Technician, you will complete a wide range of residential maintenance, repair, and improvement projects while helping guide and support other technicians. Key Responsibilities Complete high-quality residential home repair, maintenance, renovation, and improvement projects. Lead, coach, and support other service technicians while setting a strong example for craftsmanship and professionalism. Evaluate project needs, identify practical solutions, and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding expectations and progress. Perform common projects such as carpentry, drywall repair, flooring, painting, rotten-wood repair, and basic plumbing or electrical tasks. Maintain clean, safe, organized job sites and ensure each project is completed accurately, professionally, and on schedule. Represent the company with excellent customer service, reliable follow-through, and a professional appearance. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $30 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.
