We’re looking for individuals who are Responsible, self‑motivated and independent Willing to learn & grow with the company Strong communication and time management skills Detail‑oriented Willing to travel to various locations within the city and surrounding areas Technical Skills / Duties & Responsibilities Include Knowledge of BMS control system installation Knowledge of additional low‑voltage systems (e.g., fire alarm, access control, AV, Telecom/Data) Daily/weekly check‑ins to monitor project status with foreman Daily manpower coordination between field foreman About The Role 3+ years of electrical work Hardworking/Motivated Great attitude / Team player Responsible Detail‑oriented Good communication skills 40 SST or above Experienced Technical Skills / Duties & Responsibilities (continued) Installation of 3/4" & 1" conduit; ability to bend conduit with hand bender Roughing in low‑voltage cabling Terminating low‑voltage cabling in control panels Physical Demands of the Job Climbing stairs, ladders, bending Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling equipment and materials Exposure to sun, heat, cold and rain Job type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
