Pollo Regio in Basswood, TX, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will contribute to our commitment to quality and excellence by preparing our delicious menu items with precision and care. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while following health and safety regulations Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service Assist in training new team members, as needed Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends Hourly Pay Rate up to $16 per hour.
