The Behavioral Health division consists of a continuum of services for justice-involved individuals with serious mental illness. The Nathaniel Clinic located in the Bronx provides outpatient mental health and substance use services to adolescents and adults, focusing on providing care to those involved in the criminal legal system.CASES is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to oversee the daily operations of our behavioral health services. This role is essential in ensuring efficient patient flow and seamless coordination among clinical staff, including social workers, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners. The Medical Scheduler will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, overseeing referrals and eligibility verifications within our electronic health record (EHR) system, CareLogic, and work with a team of medical scheduling staff.Shift Hours: This position is full-time Monday – Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00 PM.Salary: The salary range for this role is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.Location Address: 24 East 147th Street, 2nd Floor, Bronx, New York 10455.
