This role is not only integral to streamlining workflows but also pivotal in reinforcing the firm's commitment to exceptional client care and professional growth.What you'll do:Case Management: Manage personal injury case files and provide day-to-day support to two junior attorneys throughout the lifecycle of their cases.Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with both English and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear and professional interactions.File Operations: Open new case files and manage documentation to facilitate smooth legal proceedings.Litigation Support: Assist with litigation processes, keeping track of case deadlines and ensuring attorney preparedness.Organizational Efficiency: Organize case information and strategize to move cases efficiently through the legal process.Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance legal operations.Client Intakes: Conduct thorough client intakes, providing essential updates and maintaining detailed records.What we're looking for:Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.Legal Experience: Prior experience in a law firm setting, ideally within personal injury or case management roles.Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.Customer Service: Strong skills in client communication and relationship-building.Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and general computer applications.
