If you think you'd be a great addition to our team, please apply!Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision offered after qualification periodCompetitive performance bonusesEmployee discounts at Hilton Hotels worldwide401k with match offered after qualification periodWashington State Paid Sick LeaveVacation time accrued based on hours workedFree parking10 paid holidays each year Job Description:The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operationEncompass banquets, culinary and restaurant outlets;Establishing and maintaining quality product and service levels while maximizing profits; forecasting and budgeting; selecting, training and developing Team Members.You will also attend team huddle meetings, conduct departmental meetings, performance appraisals, and implement and maintain incentive programs.Responsibilities will include maintaining inventory control, menu development, community PR for the hotel, monitoring budget and maintaining high levels of Team Member satisfaction.Maintaining Food Costs and Managing LaborMaintaining Menu Development,Supervise subordinates consistent with Hilton Garden Inn StandardsCoach and Counsel employees as needed via corrective interview processInterview and hire front and back of the house F&B staffTake ownership, and be a proactive leader who is constantly looking for new and more effective ways of improving products, guest service and profitabilityWork collaboratively with other department headsRequired Education / Certifications / Work/Industry Experience:Hospitality or related industry experience 2+ years of relevant work experience in similar title and scope
