Operations Manager 5

Our client, a global sportswear company, is seeking an Operations Manager. Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Beaverton, OR- Hybrid Duration: 12 Months Pay range: $55 to $60 per hour (DOE) Job Description: Drive projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and overall project execution. Hold team members accountable for project milestones. Manage and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Maintain strong stakeholder management and partnership throughout the project lifecycle. Support end-to-end project management across all phases of delivery. Support product development and product delivery initiatives. Manage and implement operational processes across multiple regions (as applicable). Utilize project and operational tools such as Airtable, Databricks, Cursor (AI), Microsoft Office Suite, Box, and Slack to track and report on project status. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in project management or operations. Strong project management experience with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables. Experience working in a global organization and/or technology/software development environment preferred. PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications preferred. Previous Nike experience not required; candidates with strong project and operations experience from other industries are encouraged to apply.
