Service Dispatcher Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for a Service Dispatcher required to be in the MST time zone. Responsibilities: Process high-volume service requests and schedule service appointments. Dispatch service technicians efficiently while prioritizing customer needs and urgent requests. Develop and maintain technician schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage. Optimize technician utilization, availability, productivity, and accountability. Adjust schedules as customer needs and operational priorities change. Partner with field teams and leadership to resolve scheduling challenges and improve service effectiveness. Support initiatives focused on customer retention, growth, and business expansion. Monitor dispatch activities and ensure timely completion of service requests. Required Qualifications & Experience: 2 + years of experience in dispatching or customer service environment. High School Diploma or equivalent.
