The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the stewardship of a portfolio of philanthropists and impact investors, with a focus on building trusted relationships and securing new investment capital and philanthropic guarantee commitments. This pivotal role involves driving the growth of the company's capital and external engagement, including the recruitment of guarantors, capital raising for global economic opportunity notes, and the formation of strategic partnerships across high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. The ideal CBDO for the company will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the impact investment and philanthropic sectors. Key responsibilities include leading the company's capital growth initiatives, engaging with a diverse range of investors, and fostering strategic partnerships to support the company's mission. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of blended finance, a strong network within the philanthropic and impact investing communities, and the ability to effectively communicate the company's unique value proposition.
