Customer Success Manager

TEC-DO is a global digital marketing and technology company helping brands and businesses grow across international markets. As an authorized ByteDance partner, we bring ByteDance's AI-powered products and solutions to customers in the United States. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager in Los Angeles to support the growth and adoption of Seedance in the United States, ByteDance's generative AI video solutions. Our offerings include both foundation-model capabilities and software products designed to help creative teams produce high-quality video content more efficiently. Our target customers include content production companies, creative studios, advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, and other organizations seeking to integrate generative AI into their creative workflows.

The Customer Success Manager will serve as the bridge between Seedance's AI capabilities and customers' real-world creative and business needs. You will collaborate with BD, product, technical, and operations teams to support the full customer journey-from solution design and product demonstrations to onboarding, adoption, optimization, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer discovery and solution design

Engage with content production companies, advertising agencies, and creative teams to understand their business objectives, production workflows, creative challenges, and AI adoption needs.

• Develop tailored AIGC solutions

Translate customer requirements into practical Seedance solutions, including use cases for video ideation, content generation, creative localization, campaign production, and workflow efficiency.

• Support pre-sales activities

Partner with the BD team in customer meetings, product demonstrations, solution presentations, proof-of-concept projects, and commercial discussions.

• Lead customer onboarding and adoption

Guide customers through product implementation, account setup, workflow integration, training, and best-practice development to ensure successful adoption.

• Manage ongoing customer success

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitor product usage, identify adoption barriers, and provide proactive recommendations to improve customer outcomes.

• Drive account growth and retention

Identify opportunities to expand product usage, develop additional use cases, increase customer engagement, and support renewals and upselling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, pre-sales, account management, creative technology, digital advertising, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of generative AI products, particularly AI video, AI image generation, large models, or creative production tools.
• Experience working with advertising agencies, creative agencies, production studios, media companies, content platforms, or brand marketing teams.
• Ability to understand customer business requirements and convert them into clear, actionable product solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Based in or willing to work from the Los Angeles area.
