Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Need:

• Active, valid SLP license in the state of AR
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Proficiency delivering both direct therapy and indirect support services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Willingness to contribute to a multidisciplinary team and share best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services to students, including assessment, individualized treatment, and goal planning
• Deliver direct therapy sessions as outlined in student IEPs and participate in indirect consultative support as needed
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to help students succeed academically and socially
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, advisory groups, and professional development opportunities
• Engage in ongoing supervision and seek advisory support as necessary
